It ain't pretty but what workbench is? This is made to be drilled into, banged on and whatever else goes on in your workplace.
Everyone needs a workbench. Even if you have one, another never goes astray. Being on wheels means you can put it where you need it and move it aside when not in use. Great if you have a small area (or a big one!)
There's plenty of wood to attach hooks and holders, plus the 4 shelves underneath means you can keep your tools close at hand.
The sturdy flat benchtop overhangs on all sides making it easy to clamp things too. If it's gotten a bit banged up over the years, there's only 4 screws to remove to put a new one on.
This heavy duty mobile workbench is built to last for many years and be easily modified for any purpose.

There's roughly 50kgs of timber in the workbench.
It's made from a full sheet of 19mm thick structural A bond plywood and about 13 metres of 90x35mm structural treated pine.
The legs are made by gluing and screwing together two 90x35mm pieces.
Trade quality climacoat exterior deck and timber screws were used for the fixings so they won't be affected by the treated pine.
The workbench is solid and built to last.

Move it where you need it, then lock it in place.
Put it to the side when you're finished so it's out of the way.
The castors are rated to 100kgs each or 300kgs evenly distributed over all 4.
The bench itself is heavy, but you could put up to 200kgs on the bench when on a flat surface.
Don't need a mobile bench? Take them off and use them for something else

The bench top is made from two 19mm plywood sheets glued together. Measuring 1200mm x 580mm.
The plywood gives you a nice flat surface to work on.
The top overhangs on all sides so you can easily clamp down your work pieces.
All the edges and corners have been given a sand so it's nice and smooth.

Just undo these 4 screws to take off and screw in another bench top.
No need to worry about drilling or cutting into the bench top.
It's there to help you get the job done. That often means attaching and removing various jigs.
If over the years it's starting to look a little worse for wear, it's simple to replace.
You can even usk as to make you a new one!

There's plenty of wood and spots for you to attach things to.
Keep your frequently used tools at hand and where you can find them.
Attach things like screwdrivers, hammers, spanners, tape measures, saws, clamps, knives, torches, eyewear, hearing protection.... You get the picture.
It's ready to set up to the type of jobs you'll be doing.

Plenty of room to store some of your bigger tools or keep them free to chuck whatever you need there.
If we are building a workbench you have pre-ordered, you can customise the size you would like these to be.
